Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error in personalization, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery with clear photos, and we will make it right.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as each item is created exactly as submitted.
