Shipping policy

At Velura Studio, every gift box is thoughtfully hand-packed with care and attention to every detail.

Processing Time

Most orders, including personalized gift boxes, are prepared and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

U.S. Shipping

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $90 or more — no code needed. For orders under $90, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please Note

Processing time and delivery time are separate. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Velura Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us. We’re always happy to help.
